Reverse Logistics Vehicle Routing Optimization Problem Based on Multivehicle Recycling

In the reverse logistics recycling process, considering diversity of types, a variety vehicle models are used to meet requirements. Therefore, this paper considers fixed costs, transportation carbon emission costs during driving, and time penalty in process under multiple constraints such as types windows center. The recovery point is model, an improved genetic algorithm solve it. Drawing lessons from idea greed, superiority initial population improved; entry matrix exit iterative constructed, crossover operator based on this, forward insertion method introduced design hybrid operation speed up population. At same time, improvement mutation proposed increase experimental results show that multivehicle mixed delivery mode can reduce more effectively than single-vehicle models, has better convergence stability.
